WAC Consulting and CDM Associates Announce Merger

WAC Consulting Inc. of Northborough, Massachusetts and CDM Associates Inc. of New Hartford, New York are pleased to announce their merger as of today, June 29, 2001. Both companies are accounting software value added resellers that have been in business for over 10 years serving the New York and New England regions.

The companies will be able to combine their complementary resources to offer expanded services, primarily in the field of automated business software solutions. These areas include computer hardware/networking, business accounting software consulting and development, Internet connectivity and warehouse management and manufacturing solutions.

The new corporation will continue to operate from both the Northborough and New Hartford locations. Administrative and technical support services will be consolidated into the Northborough office. Robert Distler, the founder of WAC Consulting will be the President of the new company, with Darryl Mattison, founder of CDM Associates assuming the position of Vice President of Technical Services. Chuck Mayberry will continue as Vice President of Developmental Services.

Founded in 1987, WAC Consulting Inc. is a Value Added Reseller specializing in providing computerized business accounting software solutions. In addition to providing business consulting and software development, the company also provides hardware/networking services and Internet connectivity, as well as warehouse management and manufacturing solutions.
