Sage Pro Series is an end-to-end enterprise accounting package that offers source code and interconnection to many external applications. Originally a product of SBT Corporation, Pro Series is now a part of the Sage family of accounting solutions. Sage Vision Point is an accounting package for small businesses that offers source code and an unlimited user license. VP is now a legacy product in the Sage family of accounting solutions. We support several add-on packages that complement the functionality of AccountMate, Sage Pro Series, and Sage Vision Point.
One of our favorites is PDF Blaster, which allows the user to automatically fax or email invoices, sales order acknowledgments, packing slips, and other documents to their customers. PDF Blaster has a programmable interface that allows for some very creative customization.
Need EDI to land that Walmart or Sears account? In-house EDI software is expensive to purchase and needs to be individually configured for each trading partner. It may be justified once you reach a high enough transaction volume, but for lighter workloads, or a wide variety of trading partners, RedTail is a great solution. It features links to all the major clearinghouses, with a low setup fee and a minimal cost per transaction. F9 is a popular Excel add-in that links an Excel spreadsheet to your accounting system's General Ledger and allows you to rapidly produce (and reproduce) highly formatted financial statements. F9 helps you present your best face to management, bankers and investors.
Trouble Free IT is a remote network management program that monitors your system for signs of impending trouble and alerts the designated personnel when a problem is about to occur. It's a great way to keep your system running reliably without requiring constant human intervention, and it pays for itself in labor savings almost immediately. TFIT is a must for mission critical systems.
We also work with Kerio products, whose KMS Email Server is a viable alternative to Microsoft Exchange at a very attractive price point, and whose WinRoute Firewall and VPN Client products are the state of the art in network security and management.
ClickBase and Data Habitat are data mining tools that allow you to analyze your accounting database in standardized ways to glean insight into your operations in support of marketing and sales efforts, as well as internal process analysis. Data mining products are invaluable for growing information-based businesses with a lot of data to slice and dice.
