What is Premier Support?

The Premier Support program is a combination of resources, scheduled services and discounts that are bundled into a comprehensive program at an attractive price point. This program is designed to minimize the expense of maintaining your system and avoid the disruption of unexpected downtime by taking a proactive approach to system maintenance. There are two service levels available, each of which carries an appropriate set of benefits to meet your needs. How it works:

Support contracts run for either 6 or 12 month terms. 12 month prepaid contracts are discounted 10%. An initial 3-month contract period is available for first time subscribers only. Subscribers who sign up after the 10th day of the month will get the remainder of the current month at no additional charge .(Terms and Conditions)
